Electrode pad introduction:
Electrode is a kind of equipment for physical therapy, mainly through electrical stimulation to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, reduce swelling and fever. The electrode sheet is usually made of conductive materials, such as carbon fiber, silver, aluminum, etc., which has good electrical conductivity and biocompatibility, and can effectively transfer the current to the surface of the human body, producing the desired biological effect .
Electrode pad classification:
1. Shape classification : including flake, round, square, oval and so on. Different shapes of electrodes are suitable for different parts of the treatment, such as sheet electrodes for large-area treatment, circular electrodes for local treatment .
2. Size classification : Size is usually expressed in terms of diameter or side length. Small electrode is suitable for local treatment, large electrode is suitable for large area treatment .
3. Material category : including massage electrode, physiotherapy electrode, conductive electrode, self-adhesive electrode, viscotic electrode, non-woven electrode, ECG electrode, medical electrode, silicone electrode, heating electrode and so on.
How it works:
Electrodes stimulate human nerve and muscle tissue through electrical stimulation, improve blood circulation, promote tissue repair, so as to achieve therapeutic effect. Electric current stimulation can relieve pain, promote lymphatic circulation, accelerate edema absorption .
Usage and precautions:
Before use, clean the pasted part to remove surface dirt, perspiration and dust. Connect the electrode sheet correctly with the therapeutic instrument wire, paste it on the required treatment site and press tightly. After treatment, power off the machine first and then unplug the wire plug, remove the electrode sheet, and store it properly for next use .
