Intended Use
The nasal cannula is intended to be used in the administration of oxygen through the nares to patients (infant).

Cautions and Warnings
• This device should sale by or on the order of a physician.

• This device should be used by trained, qualified medical personal.

• DO NOT use if the package is damaged or open. 

• DO NOT use if components are damaged.

• DO NOT use near a naked flame, to avoid fires. 

• DO NOT crush or stretch tubing, to prevent loss of therapy, and tubing can pose a potential strangulation hazard.

• Discontinue immediately if skin irritation occurs.

• Improper selection of size, improper positioning or improper use may result in septal trauma or necrosis.

• Risk of minor nasal mucosa irritation and minor bleeding due to gas flow and mechanical contact.

• Always ensure nasal prongs are well positioned in nares. Failure to do so may result in hypoxia or septal damage.

• Appropriate patient monitoring must be used at all times. Failure to monitor the patient may result in loss of therapy, serious injury or death.
