Introduction
EDTA (molecular weight 292) and its salt is a kind of amino polycarboxylic acid, suitable for general hematology test, is the first choice for blood routine, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood type test tube. Not suitable for coagulation test and platelet function test, not suitable for calcium ion, potassium ion, sodium ion, iron ion, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase and leucine aminopeptidase determination, suitable for PCR test. 100ml of 2.7%EDTA-K2 solution was sprayed on the inner wall of the vacuum tube, and dried at 45ºC. Blood was collected to 2mI. After blood drawing, it was reversed and mixed for 5-8 times. The sample type is whole blood, which should be mixed when used.
